• If someone joins without serious intentions, repeatedly disrupts the space or doesn’t respect the

  community, access may be removed.

• Feel free to share your experiences, struggles, wins and questions as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

• Be respectful of other people’s stories and different stages of their journey.

• This is a space to connect, support each other and meet new people who understand.

• This community is for support, connection and healthy habits; it is not a replacement for professional medical or addiction treatment.
